Duties & Responsibilities

  • To be involved in the process flow of all financial of all Outpatients, inpatient regardless of whether is a Self-Pay, Corporate, Insurance and TPA patients.
  • To check and ensure all supporting documents received are in order, and charges are recorded and billed to patients.
  • To process patients refunds by preparing the necessary documents and getting the necessary approval for refunds.
  • To generate discharge after office hour patient’s bill and ensure no outstanding for those patients.
  • SPM level / Diploma in related discipline (i.e Finance, Banking).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care across a multidisciplinary care spectrum which includes interacting with patients, public, consultants and staff to facilitate movements of patient through the system.
  • Required to be on call after working hours for emergencies or whenever service is required.
  • SPM level / Diploma in related discipline (i.e Communications, Journalism).
  • Trained nurses who prefer to work standard office hours are welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Speaks well in English & BM including local dialects would be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Is responsible to the Nurse Manager of the particular area he/she is attached to
  • Follow hospital and nursing policies as stated in Policy, Procedure and Protocol manuals
  • Is required to do shift duty or other duty as deemed necessary by the Nurse Manager
  • Maintain attendance record
  • Able to work on shifted if required.
  • Good communication skills

Requirements

  • Possess SPM qualifications.
  • Able to speak well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work independently

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
  • In order to provide emotional and psychological support to the patients and their families, RNs create harmonious environment.
  • Diagnosing the disease by analyzing patient’s symptoms and taking required actions for his/her recovery.
  • Maintaining reports of patient’s medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
  • Carrying out the treatments and medications.
  • Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the healthcare procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Nursing
  • Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
  • Possess current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Preferably with a post basic certificate or working experience in related disciplines.
  • Able to work on 3 rotating shifts

Job Responsibilities 

  • Ensure that all patients’ documentation is correctly assembled, properly tagged for registration of outpatient visits and ward admissions
  • Liaise with ward staff on patients’ bed assignments and physical admission of patients.
  • Ensure that all daily collections tally with receipts and all physical cash collected are secured in a safe and locked place. Follow up on patients’ outstanding payments.

Requirements

  • Possess SPM / STPM or equivalent qualifications.
  • Able to speak well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work 3 rotating shifts.
  • Customer friendly with a smiling and pleasant disposition

 

Requirements

  • Single Malaysian male or female
  • 18-23 years old
  • STPM / SPM with 5 credits in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Science, Mathematics and one other subject
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin / Chinese dialects
