TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SKSMC COLDPLAY TICKET GIVEAWAY CONTEST

 Eligibility:

  1. Open to all Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre (“SKSMC”) Malaysian customers, who have used our services from 1st January 2022 to 15th January 2024.
  2. Customers must be 18 years old and above.
  3. Employees and immediate family members of SKSMC and its marketing partners are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period:

  1. The contest runs from 22nd December 2023 to 15th January 2024.
  2. All entries must be submitted before 15th January 11:59 PM, 2024.

Entry Mechanics:

  1. To enter, participants must:
    • Like and follow Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/srikotamedical or Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/srikotaofficial/
    • Like and re-share the Sri Kota Ticket Giveaway Contest post.
    • Tag a friend or family in the Sri Kota Ticket Giveaway Contest FB or IG comment section.
    • Share a video of themselves singing, dancing, or lip-syncing to a Coldplay song while engaging in a healthy activity (e.g., running, yoga, cooking a healthy meal).
    • Submit their entry on the Facebook post or IG post, tag Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre, Klang on Facebook or srikotaofficial on Instagram, with the hashtag(s) #SRIKOTAROCKS and set to public.

Selection and Judging:

  1. A panel will judge entries from Sri Kota’s Marketing Team, based on the following criteria:
    • Creativity and originality of the entry
    • Incorporation of the “Show Us Your Coldplay Soul” theme 
    • Energy and enthusiasm
    • Quality of the submission (audio/video clarity)
    • Public voting (likes/shares/comments) will also be considered.
    • Bonus points: Participants who schedule a health screening appointment with the SKSMC Health Screening Unit during the contest period will receive bonus points. Link: https://www.srikotamedical.com/product/health-screening-package/
  2. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

Prizes:

One (1) grand prize winner will receive:

  • 2X Category 1 tickets to Coldplay: Music of the Spheres World Tour in Singapore on January 27th, 2024.
  • Roundtrip airfare from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore (economy class) for the winner and one guest.
  • Hotel accommodation in Singapore for one night (double occupancy) for the winner and one guest.
  • The winner will be announced publicly on Sri Kota’s social media platforms (FB & IG) on 16th January 2024. The winner has to direct message the SKSMC social account (FB / IG) to redeem the prizes.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

General Conditions:

  1. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Sri Kota reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates the contest rules.
  3. Participants agree to grant Sri Kota the right to use their submitted photo/video and name for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  4. Sri Kota will not be responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may affect the contest.
  5. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary valid travel documents and comply with any visa requirements for the prize trip.
  6. Winners are responsible for any additional expenses not covered by the prize package, such as meals, transportation within Singapore, and travel insurance.

Data Privacy:

  1. Sri Kota will collect and process the personal data of participants to administer the contest and contact the winner.
  2. Participants’ personal data will be treated in accordance with Sri Kota’s Privacy Policy.
