Terms & Conditions : TimeToSKnow Malaysia Day Contest

CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

By entering the #TimeToSKnow Contest, you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

1. The #TimeToSKnow Contest is organized by Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre and is open to ALL residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above except for Sri Kota employees.

2. The Contest will run from 12/09/2022 to 25/09/2022.

3. The organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, reschedule, and/or extend the Contest period and/or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.

SUBMISSIONS ON FACEBOOK

1. Participants must make sure their profile is public.

2. Participants are required to watch the YouTube Video, and answer the questions in the quiz announcement post’s comment section on Facebook. 

3. Participants need to tag 3 friends in the comment.

4. Participants are required to reshare the quiz announcement post on their personal Facebook Story and tag @srikotamedical on the Story caption. 

5. Participants can get bonus points to be chosen as the winner by commenting their favourite part of the video on the YouTube Video’s comment section (link to the video: https://bit.ly/skmalaysiaday)

6. Winners will be announced through Sri Kota’s Facebook post and Facebook story.

7. Winners must send a Private Message (PM) @srikotamedical on Facebook for requirements to claim the prizes. Winners who fail to PM @srikotamedical on Facebook two (2) days after the winner post has been announced will be automatically disqualified.

8. Any incomplete, wrong, illegible, and/or inaccurate entries received will be automatically disqualified.

9. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.

1. Participants must make sure their profile is public.

2. Participants are required to watch the YouTube Video, and answer the questions in the quiz announcement post’s comment section on Instagram. 

3. Participants need to tag 3 friends in the comment.

4. Participants are required to reshare the quiz announcement post on their personal Instagram Story and tag @srikotamedical on the Story caption. 

5. Participants can get bonus points to be chosen as the winner by commenting their favourite part of the video on the YouTube Video’s comment section (link to the video: https://bit.ly/skmalaysiaday)

6. Winners will be announced through Sri Kota’s Instagram post and Instagram story.

7. Winners must send a Direct Message (DM) @srikotamedical on Instagram for requirements to claim the prizes. Winners who fail to DM @srikotamedical on Instagram two (2) days after the winner post has been announced will be automatically disqualified.

8. Any incomplete, wrong, illegible, and/or inaccurate entries received will be automatically disqualified.

9. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.

PRIZES

1. Grand prize: Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Cleaner Light Global Version (worth RM349)  

2. Consolation prizes: 2 x eVouchers (worth RM100 each)

3. Grand Prize and consolation prize winner announcement: 29/09/2022 

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. All winners will receive notifications through Sri Kota’s corresponding social media accounts.

2. For Facebook and Instagram submissions, winners must reach out to @srikotamedical (Facebook) and @srikotaofficial (Instagram) for requirements to claim the prizes through PM/DM.

3. Winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the party arrangement and/or providing for all the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to all the prizes, if any.

4. All prizes must be claimed from the organizer within ONE (1) week from the date the prizes are available for collection. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

5. For delivery of prizes, the bearer of costs incurred for all transportation, accommodation, personal costs, and/or any other costs, fees, and/or related expenses shall be borne by winners.
