 CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PRIZES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

 

By entering Sri Kota’s #TogetherWeStep Contest, you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

1. The contest is organized by Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre and is open to ALL residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above except for Sri Kota employees.

2. The Contest will end on 29/9/2023, 11.59PM.

3. The organizer shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, reschedule, and/or extend the Contest period and/or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.

 

SUBMISSIONS ON FACEBOOK

1. Participants must like Sri Kota’s Facebook page and set their account to public.

2. Participants are required to complete a combined total of 15,000 steps with their tagged friend on the same day and both have to share proof of the daily step count on their Facebook Feed

3. Participants are required to tag @Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre, Klang on their Facebook Feed with hashtags #TogetherWeStep #SriKota #TheHeartOfHealthCare.

4. Participants are required to tag at least 1 friend to complete the Contest submission.

5. Winners will be announced through Sri Kota’s Facebook post and Facebook story.

6. Winners must send a Private Message (PM) to @srikotamedical on Facebook for requirements to claim the prize. Any winner who fails to PM @srikotamedical on Facebook one (1) day after the winner announcement post has been announced will be automatically disqualified.

7. Any incomplete, wrong, illegible, and/or inaccurate entries received will be automatically disqualified.

8. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.

 

SUBMISSIONS ON INSTAGRAM

1. Participants must follow Sri Kota’s Instagram account and make their account public.

2. Participants are required to complete a combined total of 15,000 steps with their tagged friend on the same day and both have to share proof of the daily step count on their InstaStory.

3. Participants are required to tag @srikotaofficial on their InstaStory with hashtags #TogetherWeStep #SriKota #TheHeartOfHealthCare.

4. Participants are required to tag at least 1 friend to complete the Contest submission.

5. Winners will be announced through Sri Kota’s Instagram post and Instagram story.

6. Winners must send a Private Message (PM) to @srikotaofficial on Instagram for requirements to claim the prize. Any winner who fails to PM @srikotaofficial on Instagram one (1) day after the winner post has been announced will be automatically disqualified.

7. Any incomplete, wrong, illegible, and/or inaccurate entries received will be automatically disqualified.

8. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.

 

PRIZES

1. There will be a total of 2 winning pairs, each receiving the main prize of a Montigo Steel Bottle.

2. All participants who successfully achieve 15,000 daily steps will be entered into a lucky draw to determine the winners.

3. Winner announcement: 2/10/2023.

 

LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Prize winners will receive notifications through Sri Kota’s corresponding social media accounts.

2. For Facebook and Instagram submissions, prize winners must reach out to @srikotamedical (Facebook) and @srikotaofficial (Instagram) for requirements to claim the prizes through PM/DM.

3. Prize winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the party arrangement and/or provide for all the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to all the prizes, if any.

4. Prizes must be claimed from the organizer within ONE (1) day from the date the prizes are available for collection. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

5. The method of prize delivery for each winner will be notified by the Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre’s team.

6. Prize winners will be contacted by the Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre’s team.
