TERMS & CONDITIONS: FOOTER KLANG CITY QUARTER MARATHON 2023 TICKETS GIVEAWAY CONTEST

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE / NOT RESALEABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

1. By entering this Contest, you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
   • The contest is organized by Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre and is open to ALL residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above, except for Sri Kota employees.
   • The Contest will end on 13/11/2023, 11:59PM.
   • The organizer reserves the right, at its absolute discretion to vary, postpone, reschedule, and/or extend the Contest period and/or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.

2. PRIZES
   • 2 Winners from Facebook and 2 Winners from IG will each walk away with 2 entrance tickets for 5KM or 10KM run at the Footer Klang City Quarter Marathon happening on the 17^th December 2023.
   • Winner announcement will be on 14/11/2023.

3. SUBMISSIONS ON FACEBOOK
   • Participants must like Sri Kota’s Facebook page.
   • Participants must like Sri Kota’s Klang City Marathon Giveaway Contest post.
   • Participants are required to tag a friend or family in the Klang City Marathon Giveaway Contest.
   • Participants are also required to reshare the post on their timeline with hashtags: #FooterKlangCityQuarterMarathon2023 #SriKota #TheHeartOfHealthcare and set to public.
   • Winners will be announced through Sri Kota’s Facebook post and Facebook story.
   • Winners must send a Private Message (PM) @srikotamedical on Facebook for requirements to claim the prizes. Winners who fail to PM @srikotamedical on Facebook one (1) day after the winners’ post has been announced will be automatically disqualified.
   • Any incomplete, wrong, illegible, and/or inaccurate entries received will be automatically disqualified.
   • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.

4. SUBMISSIONS ON INSTAGRAM
   • Participants must follow Sri Kota’s Instagram account.
   • Participants must like Sri Kota’s Klang City Marathon Giveaway Contest post.
   • Participants are required to tag a friend or family in the Klang City Marathon Giveaway Contest in the comment section.
   • Participants are also required to reshare the post on IG story and tag @srikotaofficial, with hashtags: #FooterKlangCityQuarterMarathon2023 #SriKota #TheHeartOfHealthcare.
   • Winners will be announced through Sri Kota’s Instagram post and Instagram story.
   • Winners must send a Direct Message (DM) @srikotaofficial on Instagram for requirements to claim the prizes. Winners who fail to DM @srikotaofficial on Instagram one (1) day after the winners’ post has been announced will be automatically disqualified.
   • Any incomplete, wrong, illegible, and/or inaccurate entries received will be automatically disqualified.
   • The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence thereafter will be entertained.

5. LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
   • Prize winners will receive notifications through Sri Kota’s corresponding social media accounts.
   • For Facebook and Instagram submissions, prize winners must reach out to @srikotamedical
     (Facebook) and @srikotaofficial (Instagram) for requirements to claim the prizes through PM/DM.
   • Prize winners’ information will be collected for the said event registration purpose.
   • Prize winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the party arrangement and/or provide for all the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to all the prizes, if any.
   • All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited within 2 days after winner announcement.
   • Winners must present their IC for verification when redeeming their prizes.
   • The ticket prize is not transferable.
   • Prize winners will be contacted by the Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre’s marketing team.
   • Winners agree that all the information provided is correct and understand the risk of providing wrong information to Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre and the organizer and agrees in bearing full responsibility when such case happens.
