TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR “SRI KOTA LUCKY LOVE GIVEAWAY” CAMPAIGN

1. Eligibility
a. Open to all residents of Malaysia who are 18 years of age or older.
b. Employees and immediate family members of SKSMC and its marketing partners are eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Period
a. The campaign runs from January 20th, 2025 to February 12th, 2025.
b. All entries must be submitted by February 12th, 2025 at 11:59 PM (GMT+8).

3. Entry Mechanics
a. To enter, participants must purchase the Sri Kota’s “Women Gold” Health Screening Package from the following website during the campaign period: https://www.srikotamedical.com/product/health-screening-package/
OR
b. Purchase Sri Kota’s “Women Gold” Health Screening Package from Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre’s Health Screening Unit.
c. Each package purchase will be considered one entry for the lucky draw.

d. Like and share the post and follow our social media to stay tuned for winner announcement. 

e. Package purchased have to be utilized with 6 months from the purchase date. 

4. Grand Prize
a. Grand Prize: One (1) brand new Samsung Galaxy S24, 256GB storage | 8GB, Colour Cobalt Violet (approximate retail value of RM3,299).
b. The winner will be announced publicly on Sri Kota’s social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) on February 13th, 2025.
c. The winner will need to direct message the SKSMC social media account (Facebook or Instagram) to claim the prize.
d. Prize collection will be on February 14th, 2025.
e. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

5. Winner Selection
a. Winner will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the campaign period.
b. SKSMC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants before awarding the prize.

6. General Conditions
a. By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
b. SKSMC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates the campaign rules.
c. SKSMC will not be responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may affect the campaign.

7. Data Privacy:
a. Sri Kota will collect and process personal data of participants for the purposes of administering the campaign and contacting winners.
b. Participants’ personal data will be treated in accordance with Sri Kota’s Privacy Policy.
