TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SKSMC JACKY CHEUNG TICKET GIVEAWAY CONTEST

 Eligibility:

  1. Open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above.
  2. Employees and immediate family members of SKSMC and its marketing partners are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period:

  1. The contest runs from 13th August, 2025, to 19th August, 2025.
  2. All entries must be submitted before 19th August 11:59 PM, 2025.

Entry Mechanism:

  1. To enter, participants must:
    • Like and follow either:
    • Like and share the SKSMC Jacky Cheung Ticket Giveaway Contest post.
    • Share the contest in your story and remember to tag us @srikotahospital.
    • Comment your favourite Jacky Cheung song to hear live and explain why.
    • Tag two friends in the comment section. 
    • Make sure your profile is set to public so we can see your entry!

Selection criteria:

  1. Selection will be based on the best and most interesting comments.
  2. Participants may participate in all 3 social platforms to increase their winning chances.
  3. The decision of the judges is final and binding.

Prizes:

  • Each will win 2X tickets to Jacky Cheung 60+ Concert Tour. Each ticket is worth RM1,188.  
  • The winner will be announced publicly on Sri Kota’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok) on 20th August 2025. The winner must direct message the SKSMC social account to redeem the prize.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

General Conditions:

  1. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Sri Kota reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates the contest rules.
  3. Sri Kota will not be responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may affect the contest.

Data Privacy:

  1. Sri Kota will collect and process the personal data of participants to administer the contest and contact the winner.
  2. Participants’ personal data will be treated in accordance with Sri Kota’s Privacy Policy.
