TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CONTEST “WIN ENTRIES TO MAKE-A-WISH MALAYSIA CHARITY GOLF TOURNAMENT!”

 

  1. Eligibility:
    • Open to all Malaysians.
    • Customers must be 18 years old and above.
    • Employees of SKSMC and its marketing partners are not eligible to participate.
  2. Contest Period:
    • The contest runs from 1st April, 2024, to 14th April, 2024.
    • All entries must be submitted before 14th April 11:59 PM on, 2024.
  1. Entry Mechanics:
    • To enter, participants must:
      • Like and follow Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/srikotamedical or Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/srikotaofficial/
      • Like and re-share the Sri Kota Ticket Giveaway Contest post and set the post to public.
      • Creatives: Share a photo/video of yourself doing something related to golf (example swinging a club / putting practice) on your Facebook or Instagram post.
      • Caption: Share a message why you would love to win this experience and tag 3 other friend or family. Also, answer this question: What is the mission of Make-A-Wish foundation?
      • Finally, tag Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre, Klang on Facebook or srikotaofficial on Instagram.
  1. Selection and Judging:
    • Entries will be judged by a panel from Sri Kota’s Marketing Team, based on creativity and originality of the entry.
    • The decision of the judges is final and binding.
  1. Prizes:
    • 2 (Two) grand prize winners.
    • The grand prize winners will receive: 2 (Two) tickets to compete in Make-A-Wish Malaysia Annual Charity Golf Tournament 2024, happening on the 8th of May 2024, 1.30pm Tee Off at Tropicana Golf Country Resort.
    • Both winners’ duo will form a flight of 4 people. (Tournament participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary golf equipment)
    • Merchandizes from the Make-A-Wish Malaysia and Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre on tournament day.
    • Total price valued at RM5,000.
    • Winners will be announced publicly on Sri Kota’s social media platforms (FB & IG) on 16th April 2024. The winner has to direct message SKSMC social account (FB / IG) to redeem the prizes.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
  1. General Conditions:
    • By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
    • Sri Kota reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violates the contest rules.
    • Participants agree to grant Sri Kota the right to use their submitted photo/video and name for promotional purposes without further compensation.
    • Sri Kota will not be responsible for any technical issues or disruptions that may affect the contest.
    • Winners are responsible for any additional expenses not covered by the prize package, such as transportations etc.
  1. Data Privacy:
    • Sri Kota will collect and process personal data of participants for the purposes of administering the contest and contacting winners.
    • Participants’ personal data will be treated in accordance with Sri Kota’s Privacy Policy.
